In today’s modern fitness world you will find many gyms and trainers around every corner of your city. But how to judge who is the best trainer for you. First you have to be clear on what kind of a physique you want, if you just want to get FIT OR you want to enter into the bodybuilding world, win championships etc. Let say you just want to get FIT, you join a GYM your friend is going to or you go on your own to a GYM.
For the first week they show you the interest in you and also tell you the way of exercise and what to take in your diet. After 3-4 weeks you start telling them that you want to make your physique like that guy who is your role model and that you want results very fast. They start telling/sell you to take supplements like protein, carbs, pre workout etc. Which are the basic supplements that everybody takes, because that’s their BUSINESS IS to sell supplements
They know you are like other guys to whom if they are unable to deliver results in a week or months, you will move to other gym or coach, because you are very keen to build your physique. And also you don’t have patience. In your routine life you don’t have so much time to get result naturally.

You feel pain at that time also, but instead of pain you enjoy more than that, so your pain automatically converts into “ENJOYMENT” As you grow older you get busy with other activities rather than just playing. You have almost zero physical activity. All your focus is on office, business, traveling, marriage, kids, etc. so now you were not taking any “PAIN” which converts into “ENJOYMENT”. Why pain is necessary because this will take into “ ANOTHER SPACE”. Space where you and only you exist. I can give you a very simple example “ When you do Pooja in your house or at a temple, If you really love to do “Pooja”, you can constantly sit and do it for hours. At that time you were feeling pain in a sitting position, but that pain converts into enjoyment and that enjoyment takes you into the other space, where you and only you were there. SO GIVE YOUR BODY A CHANCE. Take PAIN, which Gives You ENJOYMENT that Takes You to ANOTHER WORLD.
Addiction Is Good
1. Every problem can be solved, all what you need is addiction to your work and keep trying to solve it , which requires CONSISTENCY. Take a look at Amitabh Bacchan, #Sharukhkhan or #AamirKhan. They try to keep consistency in their work. Only once can’t done them on this level , what they are on right now.
2. Every time they challenge themselves for new roles, they adapt themselves into it very well.
3. Why I am telling you all this which you already know very well, because time to time we need someone who inspire us. Who inspire us to do workout, to do planning, to go out, play your favorite sport, but somehow we just get stuck to our routines or into jobs, and we have nobody who inspires us, ITS ONLY YOU, YOURSELF , if you are not, then we need inspiration from outside on regular basis.
4. If today #Amitabh Bacchan (who inspire himself to do well) stops working like he did in his earlier movies what happened. Then he will be like any other star, but not Amitabh Bacchan again. or take an example of yourself in the job, just because of your consistency you are giving in your work, you are training your mind daily, so that that you can solve PROBLEMS. If you have been given same problem on daily basis , your mind gets bored, or you leave the job, which is actually an obstacle in your growth. Every time you require new challenges which keeps your mind busy, So right now you are training your mind only, but not training your body. You have to train it daily, you have to give challenges every time at least 5 days a week.
5. Of course this can’t done in one day. Start with 20-25 minutes cycling. Whenever you come from office, just go for a bicycle ride. You are actually making a habit. “FIRST OF ALL YOU HAVE TO MAKE A HABIT, THEN THE HABIT MAKES YOU”. If you are able to achieve this , I will share with you couple of exercises also. But start with this only. #ORGANICDIET
Take what : 1. Add fruits & vegetables more into your diet. 2. Take low fat or non fat dairy products. 3. Take Coconut water daily if possible. 4. Take bath before going to bed.
Avoid what : 1. High salt #diet 2. Avoid cheese, cream, butter . 3. Avoid tala hua khana, French Fries etc. 4. Papad & Pickles 5. Readymade soups 6. Full cream milk 7. Avoid #junkfood.
