In today’s modern fitness world you will find many gyms and trainers around every corner of your city. But how to judge/consider-choose who is best or under which trainer you want is to train yourself. First, you have to be clear on what kind of a physique you want, if you just want to get FIT OR you want to enter into the Bodybuilding or Fitness Model world, win championships, etc. Because if you are looking for serious Bodybuilding physiques or Fitness Model you must find a trainer who trained professionals so that you don’t waste the time of changing one trainer to another or one fitness center to another.

No. 2: Before Choosing The Best Trainer – Check Is He Making You Naturally Strong

Around the world, BEST  Trainer always, first make your natural mind and physique very strong or he can make your foundation very strong in the starting for a couple of years. Let say you just want to get FIT, you join a GYM with your friend as a Begineer, and your coach or trainer handed over your barbell or dumbbell is that so. This is not the right to practice at all. The very first step is to make your MIND and BODY habitual of doing exercising naturally and make a routine of doing exercising. You should make your body and mind stronger for at least 2-3 years. Building physique is not done overnight what you thinking before joining any GYM.

Let’s give you an example when you are in school, you started it with primary and every year slowly and gradually class by the class you reach to 12th standard. You have spent almost 12+ years in a school to get into professional college. When you were in 1st standard your teacher practices you to hold a pencil in your hand. Building physique is not exceptional, you have to keep patience, first of all, make your mind and body stronger with your own body weight exercises like Chinups, Pushups, Pullups, Squats, Crunches, etc. Stick to bodyweight exercise all through your carrier is a must. Have you seen a Professional Athlete or Bodybuilder who can’t do chin-ups, pullups, squats, or pushups? in his routine exercise, he practices a lot over a no. of years to increase the repetition of that exercise, you also have to do the same.  If you were not able to lift your own body then how would you have thinking start using heave machine exercises or with heavy dumbells which will cause injury as well and get your best body shape and when you don’t get the results as per your expectation you would leave the gym within 2-3 month.

For the first week or I can say especially 1st  month, the Best trainer or coach shows you the interest in you and also tells you the way of exercise, correct way of forms, and what to take in your diet. After 3-4 weeks, when you insist or start telling him that you want to make your physique like that guy who is your role model and that you want results very fast. But he will stick with you to keep going natural exercise, don’t expect the result very fast, he knew you don’t have patience, just do your best exercise and follow the form of best practice in and outside the gym. Even if you ask him to take supplements like protein, carbs, pre-workout, etc. He will again gives you a piece of advice to stick with your natural diet first, which you are taking and be regular on time focus on your exercise a 45 – 50 minute, avoid watching phone between the practice, don’t spend so much time in exercising more than 1 hour in one single day. Keep 1 or 2 days off in a week.

No.4: Best Trainer Never Insist You Take Supplements At A Very Early Stage

They know you are like other guys to whom if they are unable to deliver results in a week or months, you will move to another gym or coach because you are very keen to build your physique. And also you don’t have patience. In your routine life, you don’t have so much time to get results naturally. Even after refusing to take supplements right now which your body doesn’t require at all, you silently start taking on your friend’s advice, or after exploring the videos on youtube is that so.

No.5: Best Trainer Always Insist You Eat the Right Food

Here you have to choose and listen to what the Best Trainer is saying. Is he insisting you take supplements or giving you a piece of advice just stay natural and eat the right food for a couple of years as I said? Avoid junk food, eat more eggs, chicken ( if you are vegetarian then go for another type of food like soybeans, etc), green vegetables, boiled food, etc. It’s very easy for me to write all these things but to maintain this is extremely difficult. Because you don’t have time to eat the right kind of food or to carry the right food with you, then the only choice is left, is to take supplements. Fine.

  • The best trainer is the one who creates or make your foundation so strong that in the future you can lift heavyweight especially in bodybuilding, just like your parents, they don’t give you each and everything, even if they can afford it because they want to make your mind strong for your future problems.
  • The best trainer first makes you naturally strong you have to value each and small things in life, you should respect your trainer or coach always.  
  • Best trainer or coach shows you how to take interest in doing exercising yourself with the correct form.
  • Best trainer or coach always pushes you to increase the repetition of various exercises like pushups, pullups, chin-ups, crunches, running, and squats.
  • The best trainer never insists you take supplements at a very early stage.
  • The best trainer always insists you eat the right food and avoid junk foods.
