1. Are You Going to Given up Within 3 Months?

Before joining any Gyming center or fitness center just ask yourself first “what is fitness for you”. Different people have very different reason to join a gym and after a couple especially within the first 3 months when those desire or reasons doesn’t get fulfilled, you Give Up. Have you realized that why have you started it or what is the meaning of fitness for you, because if you can’t answer yourself you would give up the Gyming very early? So before leaving anything keep patience and just remember the reason why have you joined it.

2. Are You Thinking To Build Physique Overnight

Building a Physique or body is not been done overnight like in movies. You can get your desired physique if you have a clear goal in your mind, if you “really loved it, you can’t let it go easily. It requires money, time, and above all habit and lot of patience, body pain, it’s not only gyming it’s a lifestyle.

3. Are You Missing Law of Attraction 

You must have listened about the “Law of Attraction” and it works everywhere in the world. Can we use this “Law Attraction” in building physique and keeping fit, well my answer is “BIG YES”?  The Law of attraction means here is what exactly fitness physique you are looking for, ASK yourself first. A bodybuilding physique required a lot of dedication and discipline of food habits.  Just to keep fit yourself clear your law of attraction and till you achieve it, don’t stop yourself. If it’s not coming under the law of attraction you are wasting your money, time, and effort, because you have no reason to continue it. Most of the peoples left their Gym within a couple of months of a time. I can give you an example, Let say you like some Girl or Boy, and you are attracted to it, you are attracted so much that you want to get married, and that you wish to spend your whole life with her/him. But… the question is you don’t know HOW? You are just a young boy and your earning is not very high and you have lots of other problems. Now if you see all these problems “can you stop loving your future wife or husband. If Yes it means you are calculating in your mind where mind, always wins, you don’t know the way. The same applies to fitness as well. You just saw somebody’s physique and the very next day you joined a gym and after 3 months when you see no changes in your physique and your body also feeling a lot of pain, you will leave within a couple of months.

4. Did You Really Loved Fitness or It’s Just a Fad

You start by joining a gym for multiple reasons where you don’t know the meaning of fitness for you and when those reasons don’t get fulfilled, you left it. You left it because if you don’t the meaning of why fitness for you is a must. Did you loved fitness of its just a fad where it will stop within a month or two, actually you haven’t Love that (not passionate about it) it’s like the first crush over the boy to girl or vice-versa. Because if you really love that, you can’t let it go. You do everything to achieve it. So just get attracted, love that thing and that’s it, the job is done.

5. No Pain No Gain: Real or Fake

Did you know the exact meaning of No Pain No Gain? Pain is temporary, you will love it when you see results. Pain is permanent if you don’t get a result. And you don’t get the desired result all the time whether you are professional or not. After pain, patience starts.

6. Are You in Good Hands of Coaching

Coach plays a very important role in your training. A good coach always pushes you to keep basics (bodyweight exercises) very strong even you become a professional athlete or bodybuilder or fitness freak. Before going to machine exercise, you have to know how to do exercise with your own body weight rather than machine weights, etc. Basic exercises are like Pushups, Pullups, Crunches, Squats to keep your foundation strong. If you are a beginner or fresh in the fitness world, whether you are young or aged always try to keep your basics (bodyweight exercises) very strong. If you are not strong in your Basics you would leave the gyming and loses your motivation very easily.

Summary or Conclusion of What is Fitness For You?

Before joining gym clear you thought or the meaning of fitness for you. Physique can’t be made overnight. Keep a lot of patience. Check your Law of Attraction applying or not. No Pain No Gain – the slogan is very old but this is true & Always keep your basic exercises Pushups, Pull-ups, Crunches, Squats, etc strong.
